- Work with subject-matter experts and analysts to develop automated data extraction solutions for pricing data from structured & semi-structured sources.
- Assess new and promising technologies from the AI world with regards to their business potential and technical maturity, particularly in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI and MLOps.
- Design and implement data products in collaboration with data users and other engineering teams.
- Support many other exciting projects in a collaborative environment with colleagues from Swiss Re's international offices.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
- Hands-on experience in Python.
- Experience in machine learning/statistics/natural language processing.
- Ambition to build production grade data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
- Exposure to agile development approaches (e.g., Scrum) and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps and Confluence.
