Čo bude náplňou Tvojej práce?
- Personálna podpora pre zamestnancov a zamestnankyne komerčných a support oddelení.
- Spolupráca s manažérmi/manažérkami pridelených oddelení pri formovaní, tvorbe a obsadzovaní pozícií
- Zodpovednosť za samostatnú koordináciu celého recruitment a onboarding procesu
- Organizácia alebo podpora pri organizovaní školení a iných interných eventov
- Tvorba a realizácia krátkodobých aj dlhodobých HR projektov
- Spracovávanie dát pridelených HR procesov
- Interné pracovno-právne poradenstvo pre zamestnancov/zamestnankyne
- Komunikácia s dodávateľmi/agentúrami pri zabezpečovaní potrieb spoločnosti a HR procesov
- Podpora HR Managera pri ad hoc zadaniach
- Čokoľvek iné by si mal/a chuť zobrať do svojich rúk
Čo od Teba očakávame?
- Skúsenosti s náborom zamestnancov/zamestnankýň z prostredia interného HR alebo personálnych agentúr. Skúsenosť v internom HR je výhodou, nie podmienkou
- Byť poradcom/poradkyňou pre našich zamestnancov a zamestnankyne – vedieť si vytvoriť otvorený a dôverný vzťah, aby sa na teba vedeli naši ľudia kedykoľvek obrátiť, aj v citlivých témach
- Výborné komunikačné zručnosti a tímové nastavenie spolupráce pri riešení rôznorodých situácii
- Proaktívne nasadenie a chuť rozvíjať sa v HR témach
- Organizačné schopnosti – vedieť si prioritizovať agendu a nebáť sa multitaskingu
- Chuť budovať našu kultúru a prispievať do spoločného úspechu
- Aktívna znalosť angličtiny minimálne na úrovni B2
- VP sk. B – v prípade potreby cestovanie po celom Slovensku
Informácia o odmeňovaní:
Základná hrubá mesačná mzda vo výške od 1.400 €. Finálna výška mzdy je na základe vzájomnej dohody a seniority uchádzača/uchádzačky. Okrem základnej mzdy vzniká nárok na ročnú variabilnú prémiu až do 10% a rozsiahly benefitný balíček.
