- Build data pipelines using Python, SQL, ETL or other tools, validate data transformations and identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform data quality checks, process improvements, application/system enhancements or end-user trainings.
- Lead and drive our projects and initiatives working with our technical colleagues/experts and internal clients.
- University degree in a relevant quantitative field, e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or other / equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of SQL, Python
- Experience with data mapping, ETL processing and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience handling large volumes of data in both structured and unstructured formats
- Understanding in data mining algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques

The Data Management & Insights (DMI) team ́s mission is to make data accessible to internal clients without any barriers by transforming unstructured datasets to standardized formats. We are dynamic squad of 6 data professionals, ready to resolve all data related puzzles. By tackling any data challenges and creating rapid insights, we bring clarity to Life & Health Reinsurance in current data-driven world.

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 2300 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
