- Receive and record customer orders through various channels (phone, email).
- Coordinate with internal departments to clarify order details and delivery inquiries.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding delivery delays and coordinate special deliveries.
- Master's degree in BA or Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in order processing In-depth knowledge of SAP SD ABAP Customizing and understanding of ERP system architectures.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Experience in project management, ideally in areas such as digitalization and process management is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, both in German and English.
- Strong and proactive problem-solving competence and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This is your role. What part will you play?
Customer Service and Escalation Management:
• Serve as the primary contact for complex customer inquiries and escalations (internal & external).
• Develop and maintain relationships with key players within and outside the company.
