About the Team:

Swiss Re Solutions Risk Consulting offers customized consulting services to clients worldwide, helping them make informed decisions using Swiss Re data and expertise. An international team of data analytics consultants supports clients in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.

To support consultants with data and technology, a new team is being established to manage processes, tools, and daily support.

About the Role:

As the Analytics Lab Lead, you will oversee the development and operations of the Analytics Lab capability, including team management, technology, processes, and support. Collaborating with regional Risk Consulting Leads, you will design tools and frameworks to meet requirements, ensuring standardization and adoption of the Analytics Lab capability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with Risk Consulting to understand needs and provide necessary tools, processes, technology, and support.
• Provide service and design leadership for the Analytics Lab capability.
• Contribute to the development of the Analytics Lab.
• Ensure alignment with Swiss Re data analytics standards and security requirements.
• Manage the Analytics Lab team.

About You:

If you enjoy collaborating with data professionals to enhance their capabilities with tools and processes while ensuring standardization and operational efficiency, this role is for you.

• Experience in supporting data analytics and data science functions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services like PowerBI, Azure Machine Learning, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and others.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is advantageous.
• Experience in building and deploying Infrastructure-as-a-Service solutions on Azure.
• Proficiency in Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work in multicultural globally distributed teams.
• Self-starter with strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 3300 EUR full time, with additional rewards and benefits based on performance.
