Responsibilities

• Support the initial onboarding of the new Order Management, Sales & Technical Support Advisors.
• Clearly define daily and monthly qualitative and quantitative targets for individuals and ensure team understanding of these targets and that they are fully accountable.
• Evaluate and proactively manage the performance of individuals and the team against all relevant qualitative measures and ensure that they are aligned with CPM and Client requirements.
• Assess and review team and individual performance and identify ongoing training and development for all team members.
• Adhere to the quality escalation workflow as defined and highlight any issues as needed.
• Proactively overcome quality issues identified through ongoing coaching and mentoring activities.

Requirements

• Fluent level of spoken & written English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
• Previous experience working within technical support and/or sales is beneficial.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and monitor workloads effectively.
• Being able to provide effective performance feedback whilst also being able to inspire and motivate your team.
• Be able to coach a team to learn new skills and create opportunities for development.
• Effective communication skills at all levels - written and verbal.
• Previous experience working as a team leader is preferred.
