- Managing customer complaint processes.
- Preparing necessary reports and documentation.
- Developing concepts and measures to ensure specified quality standards and obtaining approval in professional areas.
- Implementing and monitoring quality processes.
- Implementing developed concepts and measures into practice. Verifying effectiveness and implementing corrective actions. Establishing a testing method (e.g. SPC, testing rigor, measurement method, measuring instruments, etc.).
- Quality decisions in boundary and exceptional cases. Launching and monitoring actions (e.g. repair actions, stopping deliveries).
- Preparing and conducting quality meetings.
- Auditing and customer care.
- Planning, performing, and documenting internal and external audits. Customer care in the area of quality standards and quality assurance, developing concepts. In case of quality problems, define actions.
- University education in a technical field (engineering).
- 3 years of experience in the field.
- English language - active (oral and written).
- Basic quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, PPAP).
- Analytical skills.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Basic quality management.
