Your main responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent service to internal customers by partnering with process owner, understanding the requirements and provide efficient solutions
• Contribute to the continuous development of our internal process mapping tool
• Ensure quality assurance of business process outputs and documentations
• Take ownership of small to medium projects to document business processes.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with business experts.
• Utilize problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC/Six Sigma and Lean.
• Onboard new users and provide training on Swiss Re's Business Process Management Tool

About the team

Operational & Process Excellence CoE team is supporting business leaders globally to achieve their operational and strategic goals by helping to optimise their processes. Our role is to help them define frameworks for improvements and ensure the quality and sustainability of implemented changes.

About you

• Knowledge and interest in current and emerging technologies.
• Proficient in process and value-chain mapping in ARIS, familiarity with other modeling tools is beneficial.
• Experience with operational and process excellence methodologies and tools
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complexity and communicate clearly
• Experienced in working with diverse, multi-location teams.
• Previous experience with delivery of projects or business consulting experience

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 2200 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group.
