- Onsite Storage Management: Coordinate and oversee organization and maintenance of onsite storage facilities, ensuring efficient management of metadata and supporting customers in implementing best practices for record management.
- Access Management: Manage access permissions to Records management tools, ensuring data protection during transfer, and guiding users on usage.
- Customer-Oriented Mindset: Possess a customer-oriented mindset, effectively communicate complex topics, and consult with clients on record management policies.
- Inventory Analysis: Conduct inventory analysis using metadata and advanced Excel skills, generate reports for optimizing inventory management.
- Language Skills: English B2 proficiency; proficiency in other languages such as German, Spanish, or Portuguese is welcome.
- Afternoon Support: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional afternoon shifts, to support clients in the Americas time zone.
- Experience in managing record storage or back-office administration of record databases.
- Previous experience in customer relationship management, preferably in records management or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers with their daily tasks in Record Management. You'll also build strong relationships with Business Partners supporting Record Management services. Your responsibilities include regional support (EMEA focus, partially Americas), data analysis, consulting, and onsite record storage management. Ensuring effective customer service, maintaining client/partner relationships, and overseeing physical records and metadata management are key aspects of the role.
