A multinational, life sciences company is searching for an experienced BI Platform Administrator to join a new BI team who will be responsible for improving the performance and reliability of the BI system by conducting regular system optimizations, updates, and maintenance.

This role requires a deep understanding of BI technologies, data integration, and analytics, coupled with expertise in managing complex IT solutions within a manufacturing enterprise environment.

• Oversee the BI platform's operation, ensuring its reliability, performance, and accessibility to users across the organization,
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, and customizations, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption to business operations,
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making,
• Ensure strict adherence to data governance, security policies, and compliance standards,
• Support data integration efforts from diverse sources (including ERP systems, CRM, IoT devices, and external data) to provide a unified data ecosystem,
• Facilitate the development and deployment of self-service BI tools, dashboards, and reports to empower end-users with timely insights,
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve any platform-related issues.
