- Help with organizing and managing Program governance (reporting on risks/financials/controls/major milestones, preparation of meetings, communication intra program etc...).
- Prepare, participate and help with the admin part for the various Program management team meetings, Program and Sponsor Board.
- Make minutes of the calls (Program management team meetings, Program Board, Sponsor Board,...) including action points, status updates and follow-up with the action owners.
- Providing the detailed monthly review and control of programme financials & resources views based on data from diverse financial and reporting sources. Preparation for reporting of financials towards stakeholders for Programme Board. Identifying discrepancies and follow up.
- Consolidate country information in global views.
- Alignment with horizontal and vertical leads on issues, progress and proper reporting of deliverables/milestones.
- Assist horizontal and vertical leads with follow up on actions.
- Monitoring risks and timelines
- Ad hoc tasks helping the overall delivery of the program and close cooperation with the Program Manager potentially leading to occasional travel to HQ Amsterdam (presumably +/- 10 to15 days/year)

From 2 090 EUR/month*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
