Daniela Petrík

I am a self-directed, independent professional who loves learning new things, and I am excited about how technological innovation is challenging and transforming the legal profession.

My name is Daniela. I graduated from law school in Bratislava, Slovakia, in 2022. I spent six years at a law firm, first as a law clerk and later as an associate, focusing on commercial, employment, and aviation law. In 2024, I joined Swiss Re as an Employment Legal Counsel, advising on global employment law matters. From 2023-2025 I worked with the Work Bank Group as Short Term Consultant, working on “Subnational B-Ready” project in Slovakia and Czech Republic. Since January 2025, I have been pursuing an LL.M. in Law & Technology, which I expect to complete in January 2026. I aspire to build my career in cybersecurity, AI, and data privacy—the areas I have concentrated on during my studies.
